Hill was born in New Hampshire but moved with his family to Virginia at the age of six. Hill handles most matter types, including litigation, and is admitted to the Virginia bar.

Later discerning that this was not the right path for him, Mr. Mata decided to test a religious calling and entered a Roman Catholic seminary. During his undergraduate studies at the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Mata ended up at the home of the Fighting Irish. Torn between attending the University of Chicago and the University of Notre Dame, Mr. Mata was born in Chicago, the oldest of six children, and grew up in rural northern Illinois. Mata focuses his practice on Wills, Trusts, Estates and Elder Law matters and is admitted to both the Virginia and West Virginia bars.
